Selective Rack System
Selective Pallet Racks is a common pallet racking system in use today. These Pallet Racks typically come in one of two configurations. A roll formed, or clip-in configuration, and a structural bolt-together configuration.Roll formed selective rack is most commonly manufacture in a “teardrop” style. Pallets then rest on the horizontal load beams that are held in place by mounting clips. Because the clips on teardrop configurations can be quickly move, the shelves can be easily adjusted to different heights to accommodate various load sizes. This is convenient for a warehouse that needs to store a wide variety of product sizes.
Double Deep Rack System
Double Deep Rack is similar to Selective rack. But stored two rows deep instead of one. This type of racking therefore requires specialized pallet handling equipment. By using ether, a specialized forklift unit with double deep handling attachment. It can Increased storage capacity compared with Selective Racking. It Can increase Pallet Rack Beams storage by as much as 10-15% depending on layout.
Cantilever Rack System
Cantilever Racks are use for storing long, awkward loads that cannot be stored on traditional racking. Storage for long loads, such as timber, trusses, pipes and plywood, is a tricky business.
